ICM’s founder and care manager, Elizabeth Donnell, is a professional gerontologist and Advanced Professional CMC Certified Aging Life Care Manager who has provided certified care management services since 2018, and has provided professional gerontologist services since 2010. She has worked in hospice, home health and senior living, for the Harris County volunteer ombudsman program, and for a large care management practice. She is a 5th generation Houstonian who attended Kinkaid School, and then University of Southern California for her degrees in Neuroscience and Psychology (2010) and for her Master’s degree in Gerontology (2013). She is from a family of engineers, lawyers, doctors and entrepreneurs, and is the first female in her family to pursue the creation of a business. Elizabeth’s career goal is to foster improved leadership in the aging life care industry and to create a nationwide social enterprise carefully built such that it deeply impacts and improves the life of as many people, families and communities as possible- including that of her teammates- across the nation.
