"Elizabeth consistently demonstrated great quality of care for my mother and father, and for their care team (which she helped us build), over a period of about two years. My wife and I could always tell that Elizabeth cared tremendously about the wellbeing of my parents, and that my parents genuinely enjoyed her weekly visits. She would send us great videos and photos of my parents during and after each visit, which we always enjoyed receiving, given that we live out of state. Whenever we would come into town for our routine visits, Elizabeth would make a point to stop by at a time we were there, to talk in person with us.
