Ashley Cardoso resides in Houston, Texas, and serves as the Director of Operations and Marketing for Indigo Care Management. A dedicated healthcare professional since 2009, Ashley’s career has focused on aging life care, geriatric care management, and patient advocacy. She holds a certificate in Medical Assisting obtained in Massachusetts and has worked in both administrative and clinical outpatient settings, supporting providers in internal medicine, endocrinology, and gastroenterology.
Ashley also served as an Intake Coordinator for a non-profit hospice and home care agency in Massachusetts, where she played a key role in coordinating home-based services and supporting smooth transitions from facility care to aging at home. She began her career as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and Home Health Aide (HHA), gaining hands-on experience across rehabilitation, assisted living, long-term care, memory care, and home care settings.
Throughout her career, Ashley has remained committed to improving quality of life for older adults and their families, and she continues to support Indigo Care Management’s mission through thoughtful leadership and compassionate care.
