From a very young age, Tabitha knew she wanted to help and serve others as part of her career. Tabitha was a family caregiver at an early age, and she approaches care management with this experience in mind. Helping families in need of reliable, compassionate healthcare for their loved ones is extremely important to Tabitha. Over the past four years of working on a business level for a hospice care agency and for an in-home caregiving agency, Tabitha has developed very strong relationships with local providers of many varieties, and has assisted many families seeking private duty care, inpatient rehabilitation care, and hospice care. She has been instrumental in educating families as they navigate each step of their loved one’s care. Well-known for her dedication to clients, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities, Tabitha is very positively regarded in the Houston aging life care community, for her personality, for her well-connected network of resources, and for her ability to connect quickly and productively with her clients.
